ph17 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement in compliance with Philippine PAGCOR regulations. Registering, depositing, or wagering on ph17 while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one ph17 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim bonuses more than once, or avoid a suspension constitutes fraud under these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Third-party withdrawals are prohibited under anti-money laundering obligations applicable in the Philippines.
All ph17 bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
ph17 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, exploitation of technical errors, money laundering, or any other form of fraudulent activity will be permanently closed, and all balances will be forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The ph17 platform is intended for use by residents and eligible users within the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is permitted in their jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an Account on ph17, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ph17 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. These may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other documentation acceptable under Philippine KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) ph17 Account. Registration of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it if any details change.
Your ph17 Account must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered under a fictitious name, the name of another person, or any entity are prohibited. The name on your ph17 Account must match the name on your government-issued identification and on the GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.
A valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO) is required for Account registration and for receiving OTP (One-Time Password) verification codes. This number serves as a primary security and communication channel. You must notify ph17 promptly if your registered mobile number changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph17 Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. ph17 strongly recommends the following security practices:
ph17 will never ask for your password, OTP, or full payment card details through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, email, social media, or phone. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph17 support immediately.
You agree to notify ph17 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph17 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where such use resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.
ph17 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change at ph17's discretion and in compliance with applicable PAGCOR and BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) requirements.
All funds deposited to your ph17 Wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods registered to third parties, is prohibited.
All transactions on ph17 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph17 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Players may request withdrawal of verified real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period may apply at ph17's discretion.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the same individual who holds the ph17 Account. ph17 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
ph17 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. KYC requirements are in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations and may include submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC review.
ph17 also reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (b) the Player's account is under investigation; (c) the Player has not fulfilled applicable wagering requirements; or (d) outstanding account verification requirements have not been completed.
ph17 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms published with each promotion.
All bets placed on ph17 are subject to the rules of the individual game or event on which the bet is placed, as displayed within the Platform. By placing a bet, the Player confirms their acceptance of those rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the ph17 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change without prior notice. Bets that exceed the published maximum will be rejected by the system.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that affects the integrity of any game or bet, ph17 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Bets placed during or after a known technical error may be voided at ph17's discretion. ph17 shall not be liable to honor bets settled in error due to a technical malfunction.
ph17's sportsbook covers markets including, but not limited to, PBA, NBA, UAAP, international football, UFC, boxing, and other sports. Specific sports betting rules — including settlement rules, cancellation policies, and void bet conditions — are published within the sportsbook section and form part of these Terms by reference.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph17 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Upon termination for breach, ph17 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance. Upon voluntary closure or termination not related to breach, ph17 will return verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph17 support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player shall reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any ph17 Platform content without express prior written consent from ph17.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ph17's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their ph17 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph17 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph17 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through one or more of the following channels: in-Platform notification, SMS to registered Philippine mobile number, or publication of updated Terms on ph17.asia with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the ph17 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph17 support. ph17 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Players who believe that ph17 has failed to comply with applicable PAGCOR regulations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.
