ph17 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ph17," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ph17 online gaming platform, accessible at ph17.asia, and the entity operating it.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph17 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ph17 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the ph17 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at ph17.asia.
• "Wallet" means the unified balance account associated with each Player's ph17 Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other promotional benefit offered by ph17.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the principal gaming regulator in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By accessing or using the ph17 Platform in any manner — including browsing, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the ph17 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph17 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain an Account on ph17, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable in the Philippines;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of ph17, or a member of the immediate family of any such person;
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement relating to any gambling activity;
• You must not have had a previous ph17 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

ph17 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. These may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other documentation acceptable under Philippine KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) ph17 Account. Registration of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it if any details change.

Your ph17 Account must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered under a fictitious name, the name of another person, or any entity are prohibited. The name on your ph17 Account must match the name on your government-issued identification and on the GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.

A valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO) is required for Account registration and for receiving OTP (One-Time Password) verification codes. This number serves as a primary security and communication channel. You must notify ph17 promptly if your registered mobile number changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph17 Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. ph17 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password not used for any other account or service;
• Never share your password or OTP codes with any third party, including persons claiming to represent ph17;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;
• Enable browser-based biometric autofill only on trusted personal devices.

ph17 will never ask for your password, OTP, or full payment card details through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, email, social media, or phone. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph17 support immediately.

You agree to notify ph17 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph17 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where such use resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.

ph17 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change at ph17's discretion and in compliance with applicable PAGCOR and BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) requirements.

All funds deposited to your ph17 Wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods registered to third parties, is prohibited.

• GCash and PayMaya deposits: credited to your ph17 Wallet within approximately 2 minutes;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): processing times may vary depending on the sending bank and time of day, typically within 30 minutes during business hours.

All transactions on ph17 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph17 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Players may request withdrawal of verified real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period may apply at ph17's discretion.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the same individual who holds the ph17 Account. ph17 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: approximately 30 minutes under normal operating conditions;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): same business day for requests submitted during banking hours; next business day for requests submitted after banking hours or on weekends and Philippine public holidays.

ph17 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. KYC requirements are in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations and may include submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC review.

ph17 also reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (b) the Player's account is under investigation; (c) the Player has not fulfilled applicable wagering requirements; or (d) outstanding account verification requirements have not been completed.

ph17 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms published with each promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts upon satisfaction of the stated trigger conditions (e.g., minimum qualifying deposit);
• Each Player is entitled to claim each individual bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion terms before withdrawal eligibility is established;
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion;
• ph17 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted by Players and in progress.

All bets placed on ph17 are subject to the rules of the individual game or event on which the bet is placed, as displayed within the Platform. By placing a bet, the Player confirms their acceptance of those rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the ph17 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change without prior notice. Bets that exceed the published maximum will be rejected by the system.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that affects the integrity of any game or bet, ph17 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Bets placed during or after a known technical error may be voided at ph17's discretion. ph17 shall not be liable to honor bets settled in error due to a technical malfunction.

ph17's sportsbook covers markets including, but not limited to, PBA, NBA, UAAP, international football, UFC, boxing, and other sports. Specific sports betting rules — including settlement rules, cancellation policies, and void bet conditions — are published within the sportsbook section and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph17 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game;
• Using a VPN or proxy to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account suspensions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph17 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with ph17 Platform software or security systems.

ph17 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player with their payment provider;
• Request by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other regulatory authority;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request by the Player.

Upon termination for breach, ph17 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance. Upon voluntary closure or termination not related to breach, ph17 will return verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph17 support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

ph17 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players on our Platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a way to recover losses, and never a compulsion. All content on the ph17 Platform — including but not limited to the ph17 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game titles, software, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of ph17 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player shall reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any ph17 Platform content without express prior written consent from ph17.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ph17's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their ph17 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph17 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Technical malfunctions in third-party game software, provided ph17 takes reasonable remedial steps upon becoming aware of such malfunctions.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph17's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph17's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

ph17 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph17 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through one or more of the following channels: in-Platform notification, SMS to registered Philippine mobile number, or publication of updated Terms on ph17.asia with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the ph17 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph17 support. ph17 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Players who believe that ph17 has failed to comply with applicable PAGCOR regulations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.
